Hey there, all really decent stuff there. I'd really recommend the Animator's Survival Kit. It's a fantastic book from Richard Williams and it shows you some excellent ways to do the bouncing ball, walk cycles and 4-legged walk cycles, amongst others.
If I could pick on two things, it's that when the ball falls, it goes too thin for the size of it. If it goes that thin, it should stretch up further so it looks like it has the same mass, just elongated. For the room it is bouncing in there, I'd have made it a little fatter, but the easing in and out worked well, and the squash at the bottom was really good. Gave a really nice impact. Second thing is your Day 7 piece, the tentacles, again - if I was to be doing it, would contract in a bit to reflect the ripples/waves of them.
So if _ turns into ~ the length would shorten due to the bends, but the area would still be the same. It's just because the bends are pulling the end of the tentacle in slightly.
Minor things, really. But they don't take away how well you've done, so don't worry. Can't wait to see some more from you!

Thanks! I really appreciate your advice and criticism. I will purchase the book ASAP, sorry it took me so long to reply, I've been gone a while to focus on school, but now I'm back. Thanks again!

Really, I think this should have been in the alpha portal, and didn't expect that I was going to like this much, but I was pleasantly surprised! Some excellent squash and stretch and the motion blur was very nice. Staging was very good and the timing was superb. The expression of the character came across very well through your choice of poses, I wasn't left wondering "What is going on here?"
I will definitely look forward to seeing the finished product!

Thanks ^^ I like when people point out the things i try on and I'm glad you enjoyed it. Yeah I tried with the physics and bouncy-ness of it. And I'll try to keep short stuff like this off X). //Lel, finished product/ XD tho this was a test of sprites. But you will see more animations from me though. :)

Loved the original when I first saw it, loved the update. The shockwave/ripple from the punch is one of my favourite parts. Just a small piece, but it adds a lot to the power of the punch and makes the slow motion section feel a lot more natural.
Needs more Sonic or other characters, though. Also, I felt I was cheated, because I thought I would learn more about how zombies cage fight... blah blah blah

rubberonion responds:

now THAT's someone who follows my work haha nice parody of the random weird negative comments I've gotten recently that really made me laugh

also thanks for the comment! the update was more complicated than I had thought because I animated it originally on 3s so for these scenes I had to pick which shots would be animated on 1s and which ones I could animate on 2s (which still required me to shift around the timing of the existing frames or delete them entirely to do so)

10/10 for style, 10/10 for animation 8/10 for spelling and grammar.

Needs more parodies, Vlogs, would love to see how Sonic and Axel from Streets of Rage would handle this situation and I was fooled into thinking that I'd find out what turtles eat, other than pizza.

rubberonion responds:

that was a perfectly phrased terrible comment. you win this rooouuuunnnddd ::shakes fist::

Nothing beats a bit of death at Christmas, eh?

toxicbomb responds:

Most deaths at home occur in the bathroom!

Lip syncing could use a little work, but overall, not bad!

secondstamp responds:

Thanks dude! Yeah, I put no effort into the lipsyncing since the real star of the video are the lyrics.
